They range from small single-truck operators all the way to large national freight carriers, with some in operation for nearly a century. They represent the best of the industry, striving to build a better future for the freight operators of tomorrow.
Across The Industry
It’s said that without trucks, Australia stops. So we’re proud to represent our members, the freight operators that keep NSW and by extension Australia, moving and supplied. Freight operators provide everything our community needs from building materials, food, medicine, clean chemicals for our drinking water and many other items and services. If it’s on your shelves, it comes from a truck!
Our members work at at every level of freight movement in NSW, From the ports with containers, to long haul freight and line haul, oversize & over mass movements, dangerous goods and last mile delivery. Some are large companies, while others are small family businesses, no matter who they are, they employ and engage Australians for the freight tasks for our community and we take pride in representing their interests.
Charity Work
Road Freight NSW proudly performs charity work for the community. In 2019 and 2020 Road Freight NSW joined with other operators in convoy to deliver over half a million litres to drought stricken farmers in Barradine.
Road Freight NSW also supports Fiji Kids with Cancer and Remote Northern Territory and West Australian communities with donations.
